By using Movie Recap Studio, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Authorized content
You may only upload, connect, analyze, edit or publish media when you have the necessary ownership, license, permission or other lawful basis. You are responsible for music, movie footage, captions, artwork, trademarks and any other third-party material used in a project.
4. AI-generated output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. You must review scripts, facts, voice output, captions, visual selections and metadata before publication. Generated content is not legal advice and is not a guarantee of factual accuracy.
5. Copyright and source integrations
Movie Recap Studio does not grant rights to third-party content. Source integrations are technical connectors and may change, fail or be removed. The service does not guarantee that a particular source will be available or lawful to use.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to bypass access controls or DRM, abuse third-party systems, distribute infringing copies, upload malicious code, interfere with other users or violate applicable law.
7. Availability
Features depend on infrastructure and third-party services. Maintenance, provider outages, storage limits, rendering capacity and other events may affect availability.
8. Paid services
If paid plans are introduced, prices, usage limits, billing cycles, taxes, cancellation terms and refunds will be displayed before purchase and will form part of the applicable commercial terms.
9. Suspension
The operator may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law without a promise that every generated result will be accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
Material changes should be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
